Can't thank doctor enough Arvia, after 5 attempts to fly back to Sydney due to panic attack. Doctor Arvia succeeded in changing my perspective on dealing with grief and trauma, resulting in a panic attack that attacked me for almost 1 month. I managed to face my fear, anxiety, let go of all the burdens on my shoulders, I was advised to talk to the person who contributed most to my trauma and it worked.
